Our mission at Jindal is being willing to venture into the unknown territory, new markets, and new niches within existing markets. Going that extra mile to deliver an excellent experience to our stakeholders consistently. Constantly pushing standards of quality higher in all products and services to please the senses of end-users always.
A customer persona* (also known as a buyer persona) is a semi-fictional archetype that represents the key traits of a large segment of our audience, based on the data we’ve collected from user and market research. Meet Vivan. His job is to oversee the construction projects for his construction firm. He is also responsible for finalising the vendors and wisely utilising the allocated budget. His goals are: to ensure timely completion of the project; to keep a check on quality; and to oversee the personnel.
Our brand is more than just a logo and slogan — brands, like people, have personalities. Brand personality is what makes our business human in the eyes of our potential customers. It’s communicated through tone of voice, visuals, and even customer service policies.
By getting it right, we will build a brand that stands out from the crowd and speaks to our customers at a deeper level. With a brand personality we “own” what somebody thinks about our brand.
